ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL - PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
The Board of Directors encourages the administrative personnel to continue professional growth by becoming involved in professional organizations, attending conferences, conventions and workshops, visiting programs, continuing their education, and participating in other professional activities.
It shall be the responsibility of each administrative personnel member to arrange his/her schedule in order to attend various conferences and events. Prior to attendance at an event, approval must be received from the Superintendent, or the Board of Directors in the case of the Superintendent. The administrative personnel members shall report to the Superintendent about development activities in which they engage.
