Authority of the Board
The Board of Directors operates as a corporate body. Individual Board members may only exercise their authority when they vote to take action at a Board meeting. Without the consent of the Board of Directors, individual Board members have no authority to make decisions, to take actions to affect the management, or to act on behalf of the District or of the Board.
