Code No. 203.6
Quorum for Meetings
The majority (a minimum of three) of the members of the Board of Directors shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business but a lesser number may adjourn from time to time. A majority vote of those present and voting shall be necessary and sufficient to pass any motion or to take any action of the Board unless a vote of a greater number with respect to the particular subject matter shall be required by law or by Board policy.
