Annual Meetings
At a regular or special meeting held on or after August 31 but prior to or at the regular meeting in September, the Board shall audit the reports of the Secretary and Treasurer for the year ending on the preceding June 30. The Board shall examine, reconcile and approve, if in order, the reports, and the President, Secretary, and the Treasurer shall affix their signatures thereto. The Superintendent shall also make an annual report on the status of the District at this meeting.
